Work closely with the Superintendent and School liaison to track enrolled New Hampshire Scholars through the four years of high school; develop campus activities, motivators, incentives and recognition of New Hampshire Scholars, culminating in a Senior Recognition
Report on the patterns of New Hampshire Scholars course taking at the end of each year to confirm their continued status with the requirements of the program
Facilitate the incentive activities generated by the business community as determined by the District Advisory Team/Steering Committee
Be creative in initiating campus-specific recognition opportunities, press coverage, and parent communications regarding the program's benefits, and communications with the business partners
Focus on having special recognition during the school year and at graduation for those seniors who have successfully completed the New Hampshire Scholars Course of Study
Inform the media with human interest stories about New Hampshire Scholars
Guidance Counselor
Track incoming ninth grade students who are enrolled as New Hampshire Scholars; encourage current ninth grade and tenth grade students to enroll as New Hampshire Scholars
Advise New Hampshire Scholars on ways to access academic resources when needed
Assist New Hampshire Scholars around course selection time to make certain that their choices maintain their eligibility in the program
Include New Hampshire Scholars student names in a high school display
Salute New Hampshire Scholars at sporting events and other high school activities
Invite business leaders into school to dialog with New Hampshire Scholars at key times during the school year
Keep parents informed about the New Hampshire Scholars Program and provide them with brochures and information

Assist New Hampshire Scholars with needed resources to achieve academic success
Be informed about the course requirements for eligibility as New Hampshire Scholars
Reinforce the message given to enrolled New Hampshire Scholars that their future success in the workplace or in post-secondary education is closely tied to the rigorous coursework they take in high school
Do what you do best--provide a great role model for all the students you teach and acquaint them with the opportunities that will help them achieve their full potential
